ARTS
ARTS began operating taxis in the Oakland area on July 1, 2000. We provide service 24-hours a day, seven days a week. We accept time orders, we make deliveries and are available for both local and long distance service. Our goal is to provide you with the best service we possibly can, whenever you need it. We started with two cabs but now have three cars available. Additional cars are waiting to be added as the need arises. |

Health Deparment Donates Child Restraints
The Garrett County Health Department Highway Safety program donated Allegheny Region Transportation Service two child seats during child passenger safety week. These will be made available upon request. Please advise us when ordering a car that you have a child so we may determine which seat is appropiate for their age and weight. ARTS again wishes to thank the Health Department for their support in helping us bring you the safest service we can.
